- Tony Rossi, President – Tony is responsible
for day-to-day operations at Fulco Fulfillment, Inc. Prior
to FFI, he held sales and operations management positions for Direct
Mail Services (DMS). As vice president of sales and operations
for DMS, Tony oversaw 400,000 square feet of fulfillment operations
and more than 200 employees.
- Jennifer Marcello, Executive Vice
President – Jennifer
heads up sales and marketing for FFI. She has been in the direct marketing
and fulfillment business since 1989. Prior
to FFI, Jennifer held positions within operations, management, sales,
and marketing with Direct Mail Services and Vestcom International.
- Gordon Holovacs, Director of Information Systems – Gordon
is responsible for Fulco Fulfillment’s data and communications
infrastructure. He joined FFI in 2005 with over 20 years of Programming/Analyst
experience in fulfillment and direct marketing. He is particularly
strong in data analysis, troubleshooting and systems integration.
- Warren Hawthorne, Director of Fulfillment Operations – Warren
is responsible for operations and customer satisfaction at FFI. He
has worked in order fulfillment, inventory management, shipping and
warehousing since 1978. If you’ve got a warehouse operations
challenge, chances are Warren has seen it, and solved it.
- Georgette Dean, Department Supervisor –
Georgette has been a Department Supervisor since 1989, and has been in the fulfillment industry
since 1980. She handles day in and day out operations for some of our largest accounts. In addition,
she has over 20 years of experience working with pharmaceuticals and Drug Sampling Compliance.
- Desiree Morgan, Department Supervisor –
Desiree has been a Department Supervisor for over 14 years, and has been in the fulfillment industry
since 1992. She is one of our dedicated in-house Client Service Supervisors who could be assigned
to your account. Desiree specializes in the handling of one of our most demanding distribution
processes that requires perfect accuracy.
- Jennie Wiggins, Department Supervisor –
Jennie too has been a Department Supervisor for over 14 years, and has been in the fulfillment industry
since 1991. Jennie's experience includes working with clients that require EDI
and that have strict shipping and packaging requirements. Jennie is equally comfortable working with
large corporations and small businesses.
- Jessica Palazzo, Client Service Coordinator –
Jessica is the newest member of FFI's client Service team. She is dedicated to each of her customer's needs.
In her high paced position she exceeds expectations, striving to turn around projects and orders in a
timely and accurate manner.
